SMS / TEXT MESSAGING AND MOBILE INFORMATION
PMF Creative Inc. operates SMS messaging programs in connection with its services and brands, including the Modern Asset Lab Appointment Messaging Program. Mobile phone numbers are collected only when You voluntarily provide them through our online booking forms or scheduling pages (such as Calendly), and only after You have provided express written consent to receive SMS messages.
How We Use Mobile Information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used solely to send transactional and conversational SMS messages directly related to Your booked appointment, consultation, or active service relationship with Us. Examples include appointment confirmations, calendar reminders, pre-call preparation requests, reschedule links, post-call follow-ups, and proposal delivery.
No Sharing of Mobile Information for Marketing. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Service Providers. We may share mobile phone numbers only with service providers who facilitate the operation of Our SMS programs (such as Twilio, our SMS delivery provider) strictly for the purpose of delivering messages You have consented to receive. These service providers are contractually prohibited from using Your mobile information for any other purpose.

Message Frequency and Rates. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity (typically 3 to 7 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile phone numbers and consent records are retained for the duration of Your active service relationship and as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable telecommunications laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines.
